[Quick Shots] Peanut Butter Stout by Left Hand Brewery

This beer I had high hopes for. And they were kinda dashed, a little. I could definitely taste the chocolate, though it came through like a very dark chocolate. The peanut butter, less so.

Maybe wanting a beer to taste like a peanut butter cup is just a bridge too far. I don’t consider this a poor execution, so much as a near-impossible concept courageously attempted. Try if you’re looking for something different. 3/5.
